Our Box Details

Can you tell me what's inside the box?

It’s a surprise! So, we can’t! However, we do post 1-2 spoilers on our social media channels. Be sure to stay updated on Instagram or Facebook to see what will be inside the next box!


Is The Wifey Box only for Married Women?

Absolutely not.  Some of our lifestyle related items will focus on supporting healthy marriages & relationships.  


How many items will I receive in The Wifey Box Petite?

You will receive at least 3-4 full sized products in your box.


How many items will I receive in The Wifey Box Grand?

You will receive at least 4-6 full sized products in your box. 


When will my box ship?

Boxes will be shipped the 4th of the month.


What if the item arrived damaged? 

So sorry to hear that your item was damaged while in transit! Please email info@thewifeybox.com, with a brief description and an image of the item upon arrival. We will assist you further from there!


When Will My Box Ship?


For all orders received the last day of each month, The Wifey Box Team will ship their box the 4th of the following month.  

  • Orders Received Aug. 1st - 31st - Box Ships: Sep. 4th
  • Orders Received Sep. 1st - 30th - Box Ships: Oct. 4th
  • Orders Received Oct. 1st - 31st - Box Ships: Nov. 4th
  • Orders Received Nov. 1st - 30th - Box Ships: Dec. 4th
  • Orders Received Dec. 1st - 31st - Box Ships: Jan. 4th 
  • Subscription Renewals
  • Month-to-Month will renew each month on the 11th.
  • 3 Month Pre-Pay will renew on the 11th of the 3rd month.
  • 6 Month Pre-Pay will renew on the 11th of the 6th month.


Refunds 

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please email us info@thewifeybox.com


Account Management

How do I update my payment information?

Login to your account, go to the Credit Cards section, and click on Edit. Or, you can email info@thewifeybox.com


How do I update my shipping address?

Login to your account, go to the Address section, and click on Edit. Or, you can email info@thewifeybox.com.  All address changes must be updated by the 25th of the month prior to shipping. If the address is not updated by the deadline, customers are responsible for forwarding their order to the correct address. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages, mis-shipments or any extra fees due to an incorrect shipping address. Replacement boxes will be subject to a small shipping fee.


I updated my address, but my old address is still showing. What happened?

Please email us at info@thewifeybox.com right away! Please note that orders are processed within 24 hours and we don't want for the box to go to an old address. If you have any questions, you can always email info@thewifeybox.com


I have an account, but I am unable to login. What happened?

Please email info@thewifeybox.com


I cancelled my subscription. Why am I still being charged?

If you emailed us after the 11th, your cancellation will be applied to your next box. If you emailed us before or by the 11th and you were still renewed, please contact info@thewifeybox.com and we can assist you further.  If you cancelled the day of your renewal, it will only cancel your subscription (not your current order/shipment).

Yes, you can! You can purchase a one-time Gift Box.
